The Rose is a fresh bubbly blend of 20% Chardonnay, 50% Pinot Noir, 12% Pinot Meunier and 15% Coteaux Champenois Rouge. As it blooms with the flavors of strawberry rounded out by a light minerality that make it in ideal pairing for charcuterie, shellfish, and antipasti.
