Delivery Service and Conditions
1. Free delivery for purchases of HK$1,000 or above for one single delivery to designated Hong Kong districts. Delivery must be arranged within 14 days of purchase (only 14 days of free storage are provided). A delivery fee of HK$100 will be charged for purchase below HK$1,000 (only applicable to designated Hong Kong districts).
2. All orders will be delivered within 2 – 4 working days except for special trading items. Should you have any inquiry about delivery, please feel free to contact our Customer Service Hotline.
3. Delivery service is not available for the followings:
- Non-permanent address, restricted areas, outlaying islands, hotel guest rooms, ports, marinas and warehouses;
- At premises above 3rd floor of a building which are not accessible by elevator (extra service charges may be applied).
- Where there are no authorized or legitimate unloading area within 50 metres of the building of the delivery address.
4. Special Delivery Arrangement
- Special delivery terms may be applied due to seasonal factors (e.g. special promotional events) and festive periods (e.g. Christmas or Chinese New Year) as we may need to cope with high volume of orders.
- Delivery service will be rearranged under bad weather conditions / unexpected situations.
- If you fail to receive your ordered products upon the first delivery appointment or you give us inaccurate information on your address, we reserve the right to charge you an additional delivery fee for subsequent deliveries.
- We reserve the right to charge storage fees at our prevailing rates in the event that you fail to receive the ordered products within 2 weeks from the date of order confirmation not arising from our faults. In such case, you are required to settle any outstanding fees before you can collect your order.
5. A Once the order is confirmed, aside from choosing our delivery service, customers have the option to pick up their orders at our designated physical stores.
6. Store pickup service (applicable if you have selected to collect your order(s) at a designated physical store)
- You will be notified by us via email or call when your ordered goods are available for collection at your selected physical store during business hours on the designated date of collection.
- Please collect your purchased item(s) at your selected physical store within [3] days from the designated date of collection during the specified business hours of the selected store. Otherwise, we reserve the right to transfer such goods to our warehouse for storage and charge you storage fees at our prevailing rates.
- When you pick up the product in our physical store, you or your authorized representative will be required to show your email confirmation for identity verification. We may need you to provide further information to verify your identity (such as your full name or other personal information under your account profile). If we are not satisfied that the person requesting to collect your order(s) is yourself or your authorized representative, we have the right to refuse the collection of the order(s) in order to safeguard your interest.
- Once the order is confirmed, we cannot change the selected store for collection.
- If your selected store is closed due to weather or any other uncontrollable factors, you may pick up the products in the same store on the next day when the store is opened.
