Special Umeshu from Amabuki Brewery. This aromatic plum wine was infused with 9 Japanese botanicals - ripe plum, citrus peel, plum flower, ginger root, green tea, lily leaf, cinnamon, sansho pepper and dried bonito. Aromatic plums are from Ooita pref. and it gives natural sweetness and powerful complex botanical scent. Great to drink on the rock. Only 2,000 bottles were produced per year.
